To access courses you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use the platform.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the courses you have purchased, for your own learning. You may not copy, resell, share, publicly display, decompile, mirror or redistribute our content, or remove any proprietary notices.
Prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable taxes where required. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect purchases already completed. Payments are processed securely by PCI-DSS compliant providers over an encrypted connection; we do not store your full card details.
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
All content on the Site — including text, video, audio, graphics, course materials, and their selection and arrangement — is owned by VamoosYA or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
If you submit content (for example messages, feedback or posts), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it to operate and improve the service. Your content must be your own and must not infringe the rights of others. We may remove content that breaches these Terms.
The Site and services are provided “as is”. While we work hard to deliver high-quality courses, we do not guarantee any specific learning outcome, exam result or certification. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VamoosYA and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VamoosYA and its officers from any claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with its effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's country of establishment, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you enjoy in your country of residence. Where you are an EU consumer, you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
